Dinner will be provided to caregivers at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital on Thursday, January 23rd from 6:00 PM -7:00 PM.

The No Show Ball is a play on the truth that most of the fundraisers we participate in are events you have to attend. But on the day of the No Show Ball, the event comes to you in the form of a dinner in a cooler bag dropped off at your door.  Dinner inside the cooler will feed 4. Coolers can be purchased for yourself, for someone else as a gift, or for a family in the hospital.

If you live in Shelby County, you can choose delivery on the order form to have a cooler delivered on Saturday, February 8 between 10:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. If you live outside of Shelby County or prefer to pick up your cooler, you will choose your preferred pick up location on the order form. You can pick up your cooler on Saturday, February 10 at the following location and time:

Gift a Cooler
Are you looking for the perfect way to show your support or say thank you? Purchasing a cooler is a great way to show someone that you care. Gifted coolers can be anonymous or include a personalized tag. If you are ordering more than one cooler but having them delivered to different addresses, please choose the total number of coolers you are ordering and fill out delivery instructions for each cooler. Send one to a neighbor, teacher, babysitter, grandparent, homebound friend or family, or new parents!

Help us bring smiles to families with a child currently hospitalized at Children's Hospital at Erlanger by purchasing a cooler for them. Choose “Yes - Family at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt” or “Yes - Family at TriStar Centennial Medical Center” under “Is This a Gift” on the order form. Coolers will be delivered directly to the child's hospital room on the day of the event.

Bring your "A" game for a women-only tennis mixer benefiting families supported by the Forrest Spence Fund (FSF).

Check-in begins at 5 p.m.
Rain date: Monday, March 31. No refunds will be given.

The FSF tennis mixer is a round robin format where each team of two rotates against other teams in the same flight. Prizes will be given for the winners of each flight. Check-in begins at 5 p.m. and match play starts at 5:30. Players will receive complimentary dinner and two drink tickets (additional drinks are available for purchase).

 Register as a team or individual!

We welcome all players to register either with a friend or as an individual. If you register as an individual, we will pair you with a partner. Registration requires you to add your individual or combined team tennis rating.
