The No Show Ball is a play on the truth that most of the fundraisers we participate in are events you have to attend. But on the day of the No Show Ball, the event comes to you in the form of a dinner in a cooler bag dropped off at your door.  Dinner inside the cooler will feed 4. Coolers can be purchased for yourself, for someone else as a gift, or for a family in the hospital. Gifted coolers can be anonymous or include your name as the sender. Send one to a neighbor, teacher, babysitter, grandparent, homebound friend, or new parents!

Delivery or Pick Up
If you live in Hamilton County, you can choose delivery on the order form to have a cooler delivered on Saturday, April 25 between 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

If you live outside of Hamilton County or prefer to pick up your cooler, you can choose your preferred pick up location from the following on the order form.

No refunds will be given.

The tournament is a round robin format where each team of two rotates against other teams at the same level. Prizes will be given for the team winners of each level. Players will receive complimentary snacks and two drink tickets (additional drinks are available for purchase).

$150/team or $75/individual
Register as a doubles team or as an individual (a parter will be assigned) at the beginner, intermediate, or advance level. Participants at the beginner level will receive assistance from instructors to begin their games and improve their skills.

Purchase "lucky dink" tickets for $10 each for a chance to win a wonderful prize!
