84. Rachel Wells - Staff Member

Rachel Wells lives in Germantown, TN with her husband and daughter.  Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and she has worked at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital for over 20 years.  Rachel was a front-line social worker on an inpatient Medical Surgical Unit until she transitioned to the Director of Social Work role in August 2024.  While away from work, Rachel enjoys traveling, reading, baking, and spending time with family.
