Threads of Hope
Our mission affords us the ability to support the entire well-being of hospitalized children and their families. It is important to the FSF that we also support the siblings as well. This is why we sponsor a program at Le Bonheur called Threads of Hope.
Threads of Hope shows support to the siblings after the death of a family member. The child life specialist would connect with the family to assess the need and depending on the family’s level of interest and need, they would then mail the appropriate resources for a therapeutic intervention that focuses on grief and coping.
