Our mission affords us the ability to support the entire well-being of hospitalized children and their families. The Library inside of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital does just that. The PICU Library is filled with books for children of all ages to take home and enjoy for years to come.

The PICU Library serves as a respite space for siblings of hospitalized children. The Library gives siblings an escape from the hospital environment while being steps away from their sibling's room. Along with offering a safe space for siblings, caregivers have the ability to select books to read to their critically ill child at his or her bedside.

Help us keep the PICU Library stocked! Host a drive to collect new and unused books at your office, child's school, church, etc. You can also make an individual donation or encourage friends and family to donate new and unused books to honor your birthday, important life events, etc. Contact marilyn@forrestspencefund.org to learn more about how you can support the PICU Library.
