Deb Sandvik was born and raised in the Chicago area and lived in London (UK) and Los Angeles before moving to Nashville in 2005. Deb attended Illinois State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Park Administration, followed by a master’s degree in Education.
In her early career, she was involved in tour management for several notable music artists and also worked with Disney Special Events on theatrical productions and movie premieres. Deb has since worked in nonprofit management for the last 20 years, with Event 360, Gilda’s Club Middle Tennessee, and HopeKids Middle Tennessee.
Deb enjoys spending time with her two young Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Ringo and Charlie; along with 2 older kitties, Lady Gaga and Yogi. She met her husband, Brad, while working on a concert tour, which resulted in a move to Los Angeles. Deb’s mom also lives in the Nashville area, and she visits her daily and usually has one or both pups in tow. Outside of work, Deb enjoys learning mahjong, exploring her family’s ancestry, and supporting local animal rescue groups.
