89. Callie Jaggers- Staff Member

 Callie Jaggers is a Child Life Specialist at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. She’s supported patients in many different care settings but feels particularly called to the work she does in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Callie is a member of several committees that aim to optimize the patient experience and help families process the big feelings that often come with extended hospital stays. Throughout a typical day on the floor, she gives offers a sense of comfort and companionship during a time that can otherwise bring about a lot of questions.

Callie earned her Bachelor of Science in cellular and molecular biology from University of Tennessee. She also holds a Master of Science in Child life from Texas Woman’s University. She was recognized as a Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Child Life Specialist of the Year nominee in 2025.
